Haggard Hockey is excited to bring back our 3rd Annual Haggard Hockey Hair Contest! Haggard Hockey and FYHA are excited to see your player’s FLOW at Squirt International!

How do I register?
1. Post your amazing flow on Facebook and use the #FYHASIHairContest and make sure to tag @haggardhockeysticks. Also be sure your post is public if you have privacy settings on we will not be able to see your post.
2. In the post make sure to list:
a. First name
b. Their tournament division and team name
c. Their favorite hockey player, hockey memory, or why they love to play hockey.

Must do this by 7pm on the Monday, before each tournament week, Haggard Hockey will select 5 finalists and post them on their Facebook Page for the public to vote for their favorite flow!

The winner for each week will be announced during the SCHEELS Squirt Olympics and collect their stick from Haggard Hockey!

One winner from each division will be selected to win. Submissions for each weekend are due:

Squirt C: 1/26/2025
Squirt B:  2/2/2025
Squirt B1: 2/9/2025
Squirt A: 2/16/2025

This year, the top 5 finalists from each week of the Haggard Hair Contest will be invited to showcase their unique hairstyles during a special “Hair Skate” at the Squirt International Olympics.  

  • Hair Skate: At 5:30 PM, each finalist will skate to the blue line, proudly displaying their creative hairdos. This exciting event will be videotaped for all to enjoy.
  • Contestants: All 20 finalists (5 from each of the 4 weeks) will compete in a final hair contest.
  • Prizes: All 20 final contestants will receive a Haggard Hair Contest Flowlebrity T-Shirt and a 25% off a Haggard Hockey Stick.  Each week’s winner will receive a free Haggard Hockey Stick.  Up to a $150 value.  The ultimate winner will receive an exclusive prize box and be crowned the 2025 Haggard Hair Champion!

This year for the first time there will be a compilation video released on social media announcing the ultimate flowlebrity and grand prize winner following the final tournament.
