General Return Conditions for Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, etc.):
- Eligibility Window: Returns for merchandise are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Refunds: Refunds for eligible merchandise will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return procedure and place a new order.
Hockey Sticks Return Policy:
Hockey sticks are subject to specific conditions due to the nature of the product and its use.
- Eligibility Window: Returns for unused hockey sticks are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Hockey sticks must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all original labels and protective packaging intact. Any stick that has been cut, taped, used on ice, shot with, or shows any signs of use or modification is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Manufacturing Defects (Sticks):
- If you believe the stick broke due to a defect and it is within the warranty period (30 days on Deal sticks and 45 on New Sticks) please reference the Warranty page.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Used hockey sticks or sticks showing any signs of use or modification.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Haggard Hockey Customer Service at info@haggardhockey.com to start the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once you are contacted with a confirmation email, securely package your item(s) with the original proof of purchase. Clearly write the name and order # on a piece of paper and place inside the the package.
- Ship your return to: Haggard Hockey Returns 1102 Page Dr S, Fargo, ND 58103
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective merchandise).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Haggard Hockey is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged item, an incorrect item, or are missing an item from your order, please contact Haggard Hockey Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your shipment so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Haggard Hockey reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.
